Group 4 Design has been awarded the contract for Conceptual Design services for a new prototype 60 bed affordable Assisted Living Facility.  The project encompasses Memory Care & Assisted Living with Community spaces including a pub, dining room, theatre, fitness room, salon and multiple interactive social spaces. The program calls for a flexible design that will be easily adaptable to site conditions without the need for extensive changes to the core facilities. The Design will be used for future facilities to be located in North Florida.
