Group 4 Design, Inc. is happy to announce the addition of Andrea Colbert as Project Designer to our team. Andrea will be helping us mainly in our Interior Design projects. Andrea earned a degree in Interior Design from the University of Florida and comes to us with over 6 years of experience in Residential, Multi-Family and Commercial projects.

Group 4 Design, Inc. recently completed the design for Cabana Club, a 252 unit rental community located at 9A and Baymeadows in Jacksonville. The Project also includes a 6,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with fitness area, summer kitchen and a cyber café. The project is finalizing construction and is slated to open in June 2012. Visit www.cabanaclub.com
We are happy to announce that Zahn Sallee will join our team as Project Manager and help us develop our upcoming projects in the Multi-Family residential area. Zahn comes to us with 15 years of experience mainly in single family and multi-family residential projects. He also has experience in commercial and mixed-use projects. We have had the pleasure of working previously with Zahn for many years and are excited to welcome him in this new venture.
