Its light-filled architecture, beautifully landscaped grounds, and thoughtfully planned outdoor spaces create a relaxed yet elevated sense of place that feels right at home on Florida’s Treasure Coast.

​Group 4 Design was proud to serve as the Architect, Interior Designer, and Furniture Procurement Agent for this vibrant development. Our team created a cohesive visual language that carries from the community’s architecture and interiors through its furnishings and finishing details. Each decision was carefully considered to provide residents with spaces that are as functional as they are memorable.

​Every element of The Honeybell was designed to enhance the resident experience. Distinctive residential buildings and modern interiors are complemented by a collection of inviting amenities, including a resort-style pool, recreation areas, social spaces, and expansive green spaces. Together, these features encourage residents to gather, unwind, and enjoy an active lifestyle while maintaining a strong sense of community.

From initial concept and architectural design to curated interiors, furniture procurement, and final installation, Group 4 provides a seamless design experience through every phase of a project. We were proud to bring that to life at The Honeybell, helping transform a shared vision into a distinctive residential community designed for the way people live today.

Group 4 Design Inc., a women-owned architecture and interior design firm and 2025 AIA Jax Firm of the Year, announces the promotion of Dawn Henderson to Partner and Director of Operations. Since joining the firm in 2021, Dawn has helped shape its culture and growth, contributing to multifamily projects while strengthening the operational structure behind them.

With a decade of experience spanning interior design, construction, and firmwide operations, she connects creative vision with business strategy. Her leadership bridges architecture and interiors through collaboration with project teams and firm leadership, driving high-quality outcomes across all phases.

​​​Group 4 Design announced the promotion of Gabriel M. Divone, Jr., AIA, NCARB, to Partner in January, 2025. Since joining the firm in 2021, Gabriel has played an integral role in advancing design excellence, strengthening client relationships, and mentoring emerging talent across the studio. He brings more than a decade of prior experience in education and institutional design, which continues to inform his thoughtful, collaborative approach to leadership.

We are excited to celebrate the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of Melissa Grove Apartments in Jacksonville, FL! This beautiful senior living community officially opened its doors on Wednesday, November 13th, and we couldn’t be prouder to have been part of its development.

Designed with comfort and community at its heart, Melissa Grove offers residents a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, an activity room with a kitchen, a movie room, an outdoor garden, a dog park, spacious and modern units, and convenient elevator access.

Pinnacle is a visionary multifamily residential project designed to infuse modern living with a vibrant, playful aesthetic. The community features an enclosed central garage and offers a range of modern 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units that cater to diverse lifestyles. The architecture integrates sharp colors, particularly various shades of pink, and dynamic geometric forms to create an eye-catching urban oasis. The façade's vivid hues and unique shapes, combined with terraced balconies, create a striking visual impact. Inside, open-plan living spaces are filled with bright accents and custom-designed furniture, while sleek kitchens and spa-like bathrooms enhance functionality and style. Common areas, including a chic lobby leading to the community’s vibrant lounge, and modern club room foster social interaction and community.

​This urban luxury multifamily community is located within the small San Marco historic community in Jacksonville, Florida. The modern classic exterior takes cues from the surrounding neighborhood. Painted brick, and a high contrasting color palette using historical colors are paired with horizontal lap siding and black metal railings and windows. The spacious units are strategically located promoting access to a highly desired private pool deck, parking garage, and walkable community. The interior design of the tenant amenities mimic the modern classic design intent by utilizing historic colors, brass and black metals, and classic materials throughout. Residents have controlled access to a state of the art fitness center, club room, library and business center, dog wash, pet walk, and interior mail room. Outdoor amenities include a private pool, outdoor grills and lounge areas, fit pit, and yoga lawn.
