 The team at Group 4 Design loves a friendly competition, especially if it's to benefit animals and the community. We split into 3 teams and set a high goal- gather 1000 lbs of dog food and 1000 lbs of cat food in 30 days, which would convert us into JHS Platinum Pals and help provide food for many animals in need. We held an internal month-long food drive, all donations coming directly from our employees, and it was beyond successful! We gathered a total of 1092.5 lbs of dog food, 1202 lbs of cat food, as well as towels, leashes, collars and toys. We later found out that during this month of May donations are being matched, so that's a DOUBLE win! We are thankful to have a grown into the hard-working, community oriented team that we are.  Upon drop-off, the team at JHS was extremely friendly and gave us a tour of their incredibly functional facility which takes in about 9000 animals a year, and provides the resources needed through different programs tailored to help animals and families.
This donation was to benefit the animals at the JHS and the JHS Pet Food Bank, which is open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at their facility warehouse, located at 1817 Foster Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32216.
