We're thrilled to share that Group 4 Design took home 4 awards at this year's ASID North Florida Design Competition! We’re incredibly proud of our team’s hard work, creativity, and dedication to elevating design. Each award represents a commitment to excellence and the power of innovative design to transform spaces. Congratulations to everyone involved, and a huge thank you to ASID Florida North for this incredible honor!   First Place Winner: Oaxaca Club – Our team brought the rich, artisanal heritage of Oaxaca to life, blending earthy tones, Barro Negro pottery, and elements of traditional folk art to create a vibrant and authentic space.  First Place Winner: Palacio Apartments – From luxurious hotel-inspired entryways to a grand clubroom with striking sapphire and aubergine hues, this design combines double-height ceilings, refined lighting, and stunning views to create a sophisticated, inviting community oasis.  First Place Winner: 1939 Hendricks – Located in a historic downtown, this renovation preserved the building’s mid-century charm while integrating open, collaborative spaces along restored window perimeters, polished concrete floors, and original exposed beams to create a unique, creative workspace.  Second Place Winner: Vestcor Offices – This corporate HQ blends historic charm with modern design, featuring restored 1950s-style windows, energizing green accents, and versatile gathering spaces that invite collaboration and enhance team interaction.
